GT LED DRL's
 

Just wanted to make AU members aware of another option for Daytime Running lights for a GT if you were after a different look.

There is the below option available in a group buy for $180US (approx $170AUD) shipped to Aus, SHOULD be plug and play replacement of existing DRL.

Seller is only starting group buy once he reaches 15 participants and the yanks are abit slow to take it up as they need a wiring kit and there's a test dummy doing a DIY write up so it probably wont happen until he's done that.

Hoping i can boost numbers to get it to the required amount without waiting for US members to decide.

I have access to the supplier and am looking at bring them in to Oz.

They are not plug and play.
Check out the installation guide to see if you think you'll be able to do it yourself. Personally I think it's easy, but may not be if you have no mechanical experience. Link is in the product description at http://86drift.com/toyota-drls/

Fitted these to my GT, took 30 min direct connection to the fog harness.

is a piece of cake

Could someone post the installation guide here please? Don't know why, but I can't open the link posted above and am interesed in fitting these.
