I LOVE my SRT header-back exhaust. Love love love.

SRT is one of many companies that developed a product, put up some vids to sell some parts and disappeared. I'm all for supporting small USA businesses but only if the service warrants it. Nameless has some nice stuff coming out, motiv's cat back is on the way, and you have the Perrin, Milltek, and MXP out there too.

I'm incredibly happy with the two brands I went with for my exhaust. I feel that if you went with either Perrin or Motiv, you would be a happy customer also.

I like my SRT exhaust. Have had no issues with it either. It is a bit loud, but also has one of the best tones.

Is pretty much how I feel about it. I do not enjoy the loud cold start and its a bit on the loud side but the tone is great and everyone thats heard it really likes it.

My biggest complaint though is I enjoy being in the high end of the rpm range and with this thing you just become a huge magnet for attention especially the unwanted kind

I don't regret my purchase at all.

I would rather support a company who plans to continue their support and development of our platform but at time you just couldn't tell who would stay and who wouldn't.

The Perrin headerback and the ARK exhaust both sound good as well but much more tame

It's a bit loud but I like mine (headerback with cat). I also like the look. But I am very disappointed that SRT disappeared. Had I known I would have given my money to Perrin instead.

Pros: -Looks amazing from behind, love the dual canister look.
-Great exhaust note, not ricey at all. Deep tone w/ subtle boxer sound when cruising. Turns super throaty and growls when you step on the gas.
-Thinner piping means big weight savings, ~17lbs saved over stock system.

Cons: -LOUD. Excessive vibration and droning at most RPMs under 4k.
-Fitment. Tips aren't symmetrical in the openings. This may vary from system to system but my right tip is slightly "angled" and as a result doesn't line up as well as it should.
-Rear section tends to slide around during spirited driving. My right tip ends up uncomfortably close to the rear diffuser after heavy cornering. Seems like the diameter of the hangers is slightly too small for the stock rubber hangers. (I'm currently trying to address this by preventing movement using hose clamps and a washer - we'll see how it goes)

If you like attention, you will like this system. Be ready for lots of looks! I just wish the craftsmanship on the rear section was a bit better, as it seems like some systems are perfect and others aren't. :iono:

My opinion is pretty much identical to what everyone else has said in terms of the sound of the exhaust. I opted for the cat-less option.

My wife hates how loud it is, and I occasionally feel a bit self conscious about how loud it sounds when I notice a bigwig pulling into the parking lot at work behind me, but the tone is absolutely delicious.

I'm currently planning on visiting a couple local muffler shops to see whether anyone would be comfortable fitting a longer resonator to my midpipe in the hopes of quieting (and possibly further deepening) the sound, though other things keep preventing me from starting to go down that route.

I haven't noticed any shifting of the exhaust, but I had also ordered Cobb urethane hangers when I ordered my exhaust. I'm not sure if I got lucky on the exhaust, or if it is the hangers that made the difference.

Also, as Mr. Jay mentioned, it was impossible to know back in August when us early adopters were pulling the trigger on these systems exactly which companies would be around and which would seem to disappear. I spoke with Mo a few days ago, and it sounded like they're trying to focus on both their piggyback ECU and a turbo kit, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. It seems due to the size of their shop and the fact that they don't deal exclusively with the twins, they may have bitten off more than they could chew.

Yeah, when I spoke Mo he sounded really keen on this platform I would never of guessed that they would disapper afterwards I mean they had intake development thread as well as a twin screw system they were working on.

From what I remember during that time they also lost a employee who was working on the 86 gear and sold wayyy more exhaust than they were expecting. I was number 19 of 20 pre-order exhaust and that was all gone after 24hrs
