Removing dash speaker grill

Tried looking up a DIY for this (including this forums DIY library) but cant seem to find anything regarding removing the dash speaker grill.

I can't seem to remove it without forcefully wedging a flathead in there and scratching the dash trim. There is no space between the grill and the dash. There does seem to be enough space between the pillar but positioning a tool in there seems awkward.

Do i need a special tool or can someone advise a simple technique for this.

I just used a very think flat head. The dash is soft enough that you can pry it off with marking it. It takes a bit of force.

Thanks. Got it out eventually.

Used a 1.2mm fine flathead with a cloth wrapped around it. It still slightly grazed the edge of the plastic grill but is hardly noticeable and cannot be seen when you pop the grill back in.

I just bought this for 6 buks shipped from ebay. Set of small plastic tools for trim/clip removal. Should last me for the forseeable future and make jobs like this easier and less prone to nicking/grazing the interior.
