Coilover Review: FEAL SUSPENSION 441 coilover kit
Hey FT86,
Recently I got the opportunity to test out a set of FEAL SUSPENSION's new coilover kit for the FR-S/BRZ. These coilovers are put together by human hands and are made to you LIKING! They are built by non other than Odi Bakchis, a professional Formula D drifter. So you know these coilovers can take a beating and they're made by enthusiasts for enthusiasts! Coilover Specs (taken from their site): Quote:
Review: Me being in Los Angeles I drove to Rancho Cucamonga where FEAL SUSPENSION is which was about a ~40 mile drive. The 134/210 freeway is one that can let you really feel your suspension, stock or not. After installation and the way back home the 7k/6k Swift springs are a PERFECT set up for daily driving. They're slightly stiffer than stock but are still noticeably stiffer when driving hard and taking hard turns! By that these are the kind of coilovers that you can take to the tracks and canyons and would perform well! My car is set at .75 finger gap in the front and 1 finger gap in the rear. Odi says that is the ideal suspension height for the FR-S, its low (not slammed) and still consists of its perfect suspension geometry. The front is set as low as the perches will allow? Or is the photo before the front height has been set?

When purchasing you can request for a smaller spring so you can go lower. Hope it helps :) |
