What interest rate are you getting?

Can you guys please share what your interest rate and term are? Thanks a lot. I heard about PenFed before, and I'm thinking to get financing from them rather from Toyota.

1.5 from penfed here. It was easy to do, and is for 60 months

overlookedx 01-17-2013 11:58 AM

Yep, PenFed rocks. Easy to sign up and I/you get 1.49% for 60 months. What more could you ask for.

Tt3Sheppard 01-17-2013 12:28 PM

Damn I got screwed hahaha

Same with me. It was a very easy process to refinance.

Mine's 2.9 for 60 months through wells fargo

It depends alot on your credit score/history too. I was able to get 4% for 60 months, on 660 credit, with $1.5K down payment.. I thought that was a pretty good rate for my credit situation. I make enough to not have to worry about how big the monthly payments would be though. I'll probably re-finance for a lower rate within a year too if possible.

2.75% from toyota

Skurj 01-17-2013 01:00 PM

In Ontario Canada I think best we can get at 60 months is 4.9% via Toyota Credit.

zaptorque 01-17-2013 01:10 PM

2.9 at 60mo - through toyota. I'm 24 so I didn't have a ton of credit built up - only put 1.5k down too.

zzabbas 01-17-2013 01:12 PM

1.99 for 72

Through Bethpage Federal Credit Union

DarkSunrise 01-17-2013 01:24 PM

There used to be a huge thread on this somewhere. Anyway, 0% for 36 mo. through TFS.

whaap 01-17-2013 01:26 PM

There is one problem with a question like this. Any one paying an unreasonably high interest rate isn't going to post it here out of embarrasement. The only way you could get the high and low numbers is to make an answer mandatory and that would be pretty hard to do.

mit_peid 01-17-2013 01:36 PM

2.1% for 48 months at a local federal credit union, but I put a lot down and only financed ~$8K.
