Concerning the roads, agreed, hate to have my car up there!

love Long Island lol

love to hate Long Island. Grew up there, moved ten years ago, hate going back but have to to see family.

Just a few reasons why I moved:

Taxes 300% higher than where I live now
gun control
gas .30 per gal more expensive for no good reason
attitude
traffic
bad roads

ahh yes now why would anyone want to move out of that?
but the beaches are nice..ill give LI that..

I love living in New York, its a car epicenter in its own right. I always see something interesting on the roads.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. You either love it or hate it.


There also tons of great roads, i know so many places to test the FRS or really any other sports car.

I'm not too crazy about long island either.
But that's just me being a sore loser about paying 2k in tax for the car. I can get over gas prices and people being strapped to their phones/fist pump all the time lol
Altho it does stuck when people are on their phones while driving but, I'm pretty sure that happens a lot everywhere

New York embodies everything I hate about society. You'd have to pay me to go back.

I would not live in that state, no matter how much someone offered to pay me. Same with California.

grew up on the island. i miss it, but that's because of my rose-tinted glasses. everything is so freaking expensive there
