last time i shipped wheels(granted it was to california) was 200$ for 15x9 meisters with tires.
id expect the 18s to be around that for the east coast and midwest.

What modificAtion did you do to fenders?

fronts were rolled and pulled and rears were rolled.

No camber?

rears are at static camber (~-2.8 to -3.3).. have had whiteline bushings but am going to do lca instead so never put them on. i didnt do too much to the rear but roll flat.. didnt want to pull in all honesty.
fronts can fit a bunch depending on pull.. so you could go with less camber up front.
