FA20CLUB Power Pack #1 Tested

We've been working on an affordable package to bump up the power and not break the bank. We finally got a chance to get it on a local Dynojet for apples/apples comparisons.

Power Pack Components:
FA20Club Front Over Pipe
FA20Club Front Pipe Catless
aFe Dry Intake System

Tested numbers with the combined tune were 183.84HP 144.85TQ not bad for a total of only about $1600.00 invest with a tune. Thats what we call bang for the buck. And these numbers were in Florida heat/humidity index.

Are you going to be offering the front pipe and over pipe separately? I already have the AFE/Greddy intake.

I'm assuming that comes with a tune. There's no way an I/E on a stock tune is making 185 whp LOL.

Where are you guys located? I'd be really interested in an in house tune. I'm up in Tampa.

DDPR hit 190whp STOCK with just a tune. I think it's funny for $1600, you can get 185whp with mods.

We just hit 190 with tuning on our stock car yesterday. Its a healthy motor though - put down 177 stock with the stock tune.

DDPR also hit "177whp" before tuning. So a gain of 13 is within the realm of possibility :)

Yeah, it's about the before/after.... Dynos are apples to apples.
Gains over stock is apples to apples.

@Drift-Office did better on mine with a tune and AVO's intake. Hell of a lot cheaper than $1600.

What a stupid post? You mad bro? I'm just showing what potential this car has stock with a little tuning. I'm not meaning for them to look bad, sorry if I did.

And 13 whp is a lot when your comparing stock ---> mods.

Lonewolf 01-15-2013 12:55 AM

Different cars, different dynos, different dyno conditions play a HUGE role in the hp numbers achieved. Crimony, you have to look at the numbers over stock with the same car, on the same dyno, in the same conditions...:bonk:
