Hi there I was going to hit up Evasive for a corner balance and alignment, I called them on Monday the 30th,it took 4 calls for them to pick up and then they hung up. The fifth time I got a hold of one of the guys and he shrugged me off saying that they were booked until Monday the 14th. I want to do business with you guys, but this kind of impression really pushes me away.

That sucks that you had that type of experience. I know most people including myself have had nothing but great experiences with Evasive. So that does seem out of character for them. I believe you had that experience. I'm wondering if it was just a super bad/hard/busy day for them. And maybe Kathy wasn't there to answer the calls (sick?).

Anyways, give them another shot and try to talk to them about the pricing. If they're still a bad experience for you, definitely take your business to a place that you'll get the service you like. :-)

I couldn't have come across this thread at a more crucial time! Looking to install some lowering springs (probably TEINs) on my 10 Series in the next month or so & based on your prices, this will more than likely be my go-to shop!
