That's always bad news when the smoke escapes. Had it happen to me too many times. lol. Usually in an RC boat where you can't get to it in a hurry and the hull in slowly getting lower in the water. :-(

TEKIN! I've done both. The Castle link system is really nice and simple to use, but the customer support from Tekin can not be beat!

I run tekin exclusively...I have the RS Pro in my TC6.1 and my B44.1 and the RX8 in my SC10 4x4...yeah I'm an associated fan!

Also was that an HPI 2wd short course truck...I'm pretty sure HPI is the only one that makes the whitish plastic chassis bits.

Yes, blitz ese kit. All titanium turnbuckles, hinge pins. Ball diff, cv axles, full acer ceramic bearings. Savox dig servo, titanium servo saver.
