Anyone have the flow master exhaust?

I looked on youtube and can only find flow masters video. I was hoping to see a couple videos of actual cars with exhaust and what your opinion was. Its the American Thunder flow master cat back exhaust.

Thanks!

It's definitely a good price but I haven't seen anybody running it. Not a fan of the sound in the video though.

The brand seems to manage flow pretty masterfully.

I like how the Flowmaster system is called the "American Thunder" exhaust with an 80 series muffler for a japanese car. On top of listening to their youtube video, I proceded to laugh a bit.

Flowmasters sound great on V8's, mainly trucks with their 40 series. Flowmasters have always sounded really bad on i4's. You hear an apparent echo inside the muffler in their video that's strange from the chamber.

They've been in the business for years, but they don't really specialize in our car. That 80 series muffler has been sold for 10+ years now.

Yea, went a different route. Went with the Nameless axle back :)

ALL of their kits are called "American Thunder" I have a Flowmaster 50 series kit on my Tacoma and it's called the "American Thunder" kit too.

The Flowmaster true dual 40 series on a Tundra 5.7 sounds really mean. That's the truck my girlfriend wants and she approves that exhaust too, lol.

I just put it only yesterday. More out of curiosity. It's a little louder than i want, but not obnoxious. Going to see if it mellows out.

Are you a member of SLOW? I'm curious to hear the system. I'm very attracted to it because it seems like it could be interchangeable with other mufflers and even converted to a single exit system

Not that this has anything to do with our cars, but I put one on a Miata a few years ago. I had a Magnaflow that was obnoxiously loud, so I swapped it for an 80 series. It sounded really nice. It was just loud enough. Had an appropriate roadster tone.

Tomorrow night is at the Tarrytown train station, I'd really like to hear your car if you can make it down.

i fully agree with this guy i live in the town that flowmaster was founded in SANTA ROSA CA you wont fine flowmasters on anything but a mucsle car or a truck i myself fun the 10 series on my 4x4 chevy, i saw that video was amazed they even put an 8o series on it i would of figured they would have made a new style muffler for the imports.
