Neutral to 1st clunking sound

Is it normal for our cars to do this from neutral to 1st when the engine is on and the car is at a stop? I can really feel the gear switching underneath me too. However if i go into first while the car is moving anywhere from 1-8mph it is fine. Is this normal? has anyone who switched the tranny fluid with Pentosin seen it fixed?

Normal. Stick the whiteline and perrin bushings in there and you'll not only hear it amplified, you'll feel it bigtime
