Photoshop Color Changing Tutorial
Figured id help some of the local Photoshopers particularly @Snoopyalien24 with a tutorial, this is the quick and dirty method i use, simple and mostly effective.

good quick tutorial WoW. you can also just use the hue/saturation tool to adjust colors as well. I usually do that when i'm changing wheel colors.
