It's so nice, but can you imagine being in the race with this car. And then seeing all the bigger faster GT500 machines rip the track next to you just hearing an HSV 10 come from behind or GTR would make me shiver.

It does seem to be. It wouldn't make much sense to not be running forced induction. GT300 cars are limited to 300 hp (by way of an intake restrictor), which means that Subaru would need 300 hp to have any hope at all of not embarassing themselves, and it doesn't seem likely that they'd be able to get that out of an n/a four.

The suspension isn't really all that impressive, it's just pushrods. I'm more impressed with how well supported the rocker arm is, you don't usually see them mounted in double shear like that.
