I wonder how many of these are going to be crashed by the end of the first month.

I was one of the first people to ever use a GoPro camera (before anybody even knew about it).

Good thing I sold it before the 2nd and even 3rd generation of the camera came out :D

That thing is a waste of money. Unless you're really into filming epic angles....it really is a waste of money.

I was gonna make one the first day I got it on my driving impression.

I just recently bought the 1080p version right before the hd hero 2 came out. Honestly, i'd have to agree with you A BIT, because its not as glamorous as you see on youtube but it gets the job done for certain angles. Taking photos can be difficult but with some patience you can get some nice pics.
Even though Im not the biggest fan of it, I'm definitely holding onto this untill it breaks. I try to make as many DIFFERENT type of videos as I can. I see a lot of GoPro vids that have the same feel and not too many people experiment with them, so i plan on qbusing the life out of this camera.

The GoPro HD is not that bad and probably the best bang for the buck. We used to film with bullet cameras n Sony DCR's for our track footage.

:slap: to the dude for blowing through a 4 way stop like that!

Everyone should get ready for an insurance increase after the first couple months....

Does anyone know why GoPro's have such bad and muffled sound quality?

It's good for capturing exhaust sounds at speeds below <100mph. But it could be due to the case its in. I honestly think that the sound is it's best feature, it's not that bad.
