They better fix my car.

I feel your pain man, we all do. Mine was manufactured in September and I am experiencing the same annoying chirp noise. I think it's safe to say we all are. It's hard to get over it considering the last thing you should have to worry about is a noise after just buying a new car. However, it doesn't effect the performance of the car and boxer engines tend to be somewhat noisy to begin with. Although that is not an excuse for the sounds we are hearing from the fuel pump, like previous members have said, it is a design flaw in the pump and until they fix it we all gotta live with it. Turn your radio up and enjoy the car.
Like I said, enjoy the car and soon enough we will see a fix for the issue when the 2014's are released. By then the issue will more then likely be corrected since it is a known issue and they won't release the 2014's with the same known problem the 2013's are having. A lot of members here have brought their cars in for the TSB for the fuel pump and the noises keep coming back. Another problem is that since the car is so new a lot of the techs and service reps at the dealerships have little to no idea about the cars as it is or the problems many of us are experiencing. So instead of being a guinea pig and having them fuck with your car I'd wait until their is a concrete fix.
