Wheel Directory: Enkei PF01 17x7.5 +38

Braved the chill this morning and put my new tire/wheel combo on. I think they look great. I'll just leave them on for a while then back to stockers for winter.

Stock Stance - Do have Eibach Pro Kit I'll probably put on this spring.

Enkei PF01 17 x 7.5 +38.
Michelin PSS 225/45/17

There were so many choices in wheels out there. The primary goal was to not add any weight and hopefully reduce it. There were other wheels I wanted but when it came down to looks, price, weight and quality the Enkei's won out.

Stock wheel combo weight.

Enkei wheel combo weight. 3.8 lb difference. Great!

They look great! I may be a little biased since I bought the PF01 too.

He's on a slope and only took close ups of the car on the higher end of the slope so I'm sure that has a little to do with it.

Plus the pictures were taken fresh off the jack. The suspension hadn't squatted.

Here's one after a few miles. Obviously stock height.

Those PF01s are the classy Enkei wheels. I'll probably go with the RPF1s, but you can't wrong either way. I will be going 17X8 with probably 235/40/17 all around. Nice car man.

*phew* looks good

Thanks for the kind comments gentlemen.

After a few miles driven a couple of my "honey corners" I wish I could describe the difference in the technical handling lingo. I know its because of the stickier rubber. It just feels more stable. Rear end being less twitchy.

Can't wait to get the spring kit on it.

Looking at your avatar, I'd have thought you'd be an expert in gap. :P

I'm probably going to copy this exact setup...:D

I don't want to lower the car, I want better grip and stability, and the stock wheels look like crap to me...this fits the bill

***Any more pics?

Sorry for the late reply. Just seeing this.

I didn't leave them on long. Took them back off for winter. Here are a couple more I took while they were on but not closeups of them.
