Might be a dumb question about work orders
 

I think I might have lost my work order for my second oil change. If that's the case, do dealerships keep those on file? Would they be able to print up a copy for me?

Yes they can.

We at Star Toyota do that for customers all the time. If they say no or don't know how, a dealer can also look that up in Toyota's national service history.
