Will attach pics when I get home. Like new, only used in my home lab environment. Was in the box sealed when I bought it, all ports should work, as my lab has only had 5 or 6 pc's plugged into it. Comes with 1 power supply. Never ran 24x7, just a few hours hear and there while doing testing.
