Need Tire recommendations please, non track use

I sold my Gram Lights and Nitto's and want to get some more aggressive tires this time. I am looking at 225/40 and 235/40 on 18x8 +30 and 18x9 +35. I ran them in the offset calculator and they retract 1mm from vubaru's Volk's so i'm happy with the sizing.

I am leaning toward the Continental DW because of their light weight and quiet ride which is important. I don't know anything about Yokohama's(S Drive) or Falkens(FK452) though but some of them look pretty good. If i could find a cheaper alternative to the DW is basically what i'm looking for but will get them if there isn't one. Thanks Guys!!!

In order of importance:
Ride/Noise
Handling/Performance
Treadlife

Not a fan of the DW, frankly I hate them
Doesnt stick like it should, michelin pss and ps2 blow it away

The Hankook V12 Evo is a great street tire. I personally like the Bridgestone RE760's as well. Both of those are very quiet for summer tires, and when driven hard give you good feedback and let go pretty progressively. The FK452's are LOUD once they get worn a bit. I haven't heard much about the Fk453 yet. Out of the three I've had, the 452's are definitely in 3rd place, albeit still a good tire for the price.

The S.Drives consistently come after the Hankooks and the Bridgestones in most comparos I've seen IIRC. It's been a while since I researched the Bridgestones.

I've had the FK-452's on multiple vehicles and they do pretty good. I've got them on the FR-S now in 19's and like them for a DD but still want some more grip. I have a set of Michelin PSS ready to go on the new wheels.

Anybody have any thoughts on the Nitto Invo? What about Toyo also? I don't have a source for them though so they will probably be too high.

Michelins are nice but i'm on a budget here, looks like it's going to be DW or Invo i just can't spend anymore than that.

Get a square set and PSS has a 30k mile warranty. DW and Invo no warranty. so when you burn them up get a discount on your new set.

Hmm, i might be able to do the PSS actually i thought they were closer to 300 a piece than 200. I'd rather not spend that much but might have to see what the fuss is about.

Running S drives on my car, they are a great tyre if you want to have fun. Even when the car starts to slide you always feel in control. It isn't like one minute you have grip the next you have none it's gradual. They are also extremely cheap in the US whilst still being a good quality tyre.

For street use I don't see why you'd want extremely grippy tyres with this car.

I am going with PSS this spring, i just can't decide on wheels. Thinking black on WRB, just can't decide on size and style. Leaning towards RFP1's
