Yep, the only time the back of my back seat comes up is when I'm cleaning the inside of the back glass. Other than that my car is a two seater! :)

No hard and fast answer, but you can often repair Bycast Leather (and I've once done it on my old TC interior) with a simple heatgun. However without mottling it while hot with something like a lint-less towel, the area would end up more shiny than it should be. As its more of an art than not, I wouldn't suggest doing that without testing on something else first.
