Help Removing a spot on the wheel

1 Attachment(s)
So I have noticed over the past few days that there is a little spot on my steering wheel, and I cannot remove it regardless of what I have tried. I have attached a picture so you can see it.

I have tried armor all interior cleaner and even went as far as adhesive remover, but it wont budge.

It is the darker spot at the upper middle. I realize it is tiny, but it is the only mark on my interior, I suppose I should just write it off as this is bound to happen eventually.

However, I would really like it cleaned if possible. Any ideas?

my fix all cleaning method is usually just a fresh microfiber towel with alcohol. not sure if it will fix that though.

I have tried the microfiber towel, but no alcohol. I will try that now. Thanks for the tip. The problem is it is on the damn horn! Any amount of pressure and it sounds like a siren.
