Ultimate NA WRB BRZ build

Well its been one heck of a year, Mainly creeping this forum but now that the snow has hit my BRZ is not very drivable LOL.

I bought it in June 2012 and have put almost 8000 miles on it.

First Modification was a @Crawford Performance Axel back Gym exhaust.

Impressions on the exhaust?
Its perfect no droning highway speed sounds, great sound all the way through the RPM band. Brings back the boxer rumble of my GC which I miss.
Thought I had some video but I can not find it I will have to wait for spring to arrive or a dry day to get it back out on the road.

All Wheel Engineering, llc Kartboy.com Short Shifter Installed. I followed the install below with a few tweaks. Thanks to Victor for the install pics and Tom Kartboy Deadrick for such a fantastic product.
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=799991

Things I did different than the link above. No Panel removal tool. Butter knife works perfectly. Instead of unplugging the TCS Sport mode switches I just unscrewed them.

First impression on the shifter:
Inspection - Out of the box you can tell Tom put his blood sweat and tears into the this project. A lot of thought and quality production. I have to say side by side with the stock shifter the Kartboy unit in quality alone makes stock look like an eBay China piece.

Ease of install:
Took me forever to take the panels apart I was afraid to break any clips or crack plastic but the car literally falls apart when you tug or pry in the right places.
No chopping, hacking, or mutilation. It is a direct fit. Kartboy does reuse some factory parts like the reverse lockout, a washer, spring clip and grease boot/dust boot.

Most difficult part of the install was the rubber boot that covers the linkage connection. You have to stretch it and pull it around the bottom of the shifter, Inside the car Needle nose pliers are a MUST! Be careful when removing and installing as to not puncture the rubber boot or worse rip it.

Other than that it was cake! Reassembly only took like 3 minutes LOL of course it is faster.

Operation of the Shifter:
Is this thing in gear? Um wow I know the first week or 2 I will be second guessing myself if it is even in gear! Literally its like grabbing the bottom of the stock shifter shaft and twitching your wrist. Smooth operation, Subaru of America, Inc. Should have just had Kartboy design the stock shifter! Have not ground any gears yet but going to have to relearn the timing on quick shifts before the clutch hits the floor you could be in the next gear! Night and day difference. It is like the first time I drove the 86 I thought it had a stock short shifter... until now. Smooth, quick, solid, fast, Everything you would want it to be! In the spirit of lame 1990's video games I give the Kartboy Shifter a Flawless Victory ... As Jeremy on Top Gear said with the GT86 No need to even drive anything else. So I say no need to shop around pick up a Kartboy Shifter from Nameless Performance, Inc. or the Kartboy website at http://www2.kartboy.com/

New developments added to the build.
Block dropped off at Accelerated Performance and Darton Sleeves has joined our build!
My wife has not complained yet so everything is still OK!

2 Things,
1st I paid for the crank to be reworked and micro polished.
2nd I might add that the Crawford exhaust was removed and this Corsa Unit was put on.
My car was the test mule video HERE:

The new exhaust sounds really good! Was the video shot by Hopkins airport?
