Paint oddities on rear bumper/going in shop

I have a Whiteout FR-S and noticed this a few months back while waxing the car. It's only on the flat surface of the bumper where the truck closes. At first I thought it was rust (tiny dots of rustic coloration, which you can feel through the paint), but it couldn't be being that the bumper is plastic. I'll have to post pictures later being that the car is going in for a ton of work tomm. Just wondering if anyone else has this (best way is to run your hand across the top section of the bumper and you would feel it)

Tomm list of defects reported:
CEL/SL came on last night (6,200 miles) Cruise control now yellow
Chirping issue
Condensation in tailights
Condensation on cold mornings inside of the front windshield
Idle issue since bought

I had one of those spots on the lip of my tail light (not inside/condensation issue) but on the very edge near the trunk lid gap. I figured a leaf or something had gotten in there during a rain storm and left a stain. I brushed it away with a soft bristle tooth brush, it hasn't been back.

Got pics of what is on your bumper? I just removed some rust spots from the top of my car.

Rail rust is a result of brake/rail dust that occurs on trains. The cars set out in the open and the rail dust settles on the cars and eventually turns to rust because of the atmospher. It's so minor that it is seldom noticed on any color car except white.Your dealership is aware of this problem.

This. A clay bar will remove these rust spots easily. I do most of my cars once when brand new just to remove overspray and these rust spots.
