Same here, received new fuel pump as well. Things were ok for about 2 days then it went back to chirping.

TIA.

Naww looks like no specific VIN range although the letter did come addressed to my specific VIN. I had mine replaced prior to this and at the time they were denying the problem even existed. 2 Corporate toyota mechanics fixed the car.

My vin doesn't fall into the range for the chirping, but it sure sounds like it is.

Not sure if its been posted but i got this in the mail today, has anyone else gotten this?. its too late for me as my ECU/ECM failed last month. I just find the letter kind of BS they seem to be blaming the failure on an emissions thing. Trust me when my ECU failed i was in traffic, the car revved to 5k rpm for no reason and would't respond to anything other than shutting it down. If you guys haven't had your cars checked out it may be worth it for piece of mind. Just tryin to help :)

Don't we already have a thread for this?

I'm leaving the forums until everyone stops freaking out about the chirping.
