BeSpoke question; usb plugin?
 

Hey guys,

So I ran into an interesting issue today with my FR-S when I plugged it into by Android phone. I realized that nothing really happened.. My phone is always connected via bluetooth so does plugging in the USB actually give any benefit at all? It doesn't even charge from what I noticed.

Also a side note, how do you access pandora using the BeSpoke? It is grayed out along with USB for me.

I believe that bespoke is only set up for iPhone to use the USB functionality . This is common for stock and aftermarket radios not to have USB function other then charging android phones . The Bluetooth streaming is universal as long as the phone supports .

Lame. The BeSpoke definitely seems pretty lacking for a 900$ option. I couldn't find one without it in my area so I had to settle.

I am an Android guy so BeSpoke is a no go for me also. Perhaps they will make a Droid app and it will work great!!

you can stream music via blutooth. I had no problem charging my droid from the usb when I had it. But, it is a bit of letdown for droid users, compared to iphone use.

I also don't care much for the Bespoke radio. For an $850 option is doesn't do anything, and it doesn't support my Android. They must realize not everyone is centered around iPhone. Long story short, I paid for it cause it was with the car and I was able to pick the car up in a few days, and not months.
