Ripped stitching on seat

My carabiner did this. Can that one section be restitched?

Yes. Any automotive upholstery shop could fix that in a matter of minutes. Do not worry.

How much would it cost to fix?

It might be helpful to know that this type of damage would be covered by the comprehensive section of your automobile policy. I don't know what the cost to repair would be or what your deductible is but I just want to be sure you know that almost any and all accidental damage, other than collision, is covered. Also, a comprehensive claim against your auto policy should not have any impact on your premium. If you have any doubts, double check with your agent.
