Dealer Service in Southern NE
 

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has had the first service done at a dealer in Southern NE, and would recommend a dealer. I live closest to Norm Wagner Toyota/Scion in Lancaster, MA but their sales AND service is a nightmare. Their sales department was the reason I drove to Virginia to pick up my car instead of waiting for them to locate me one. I work in Tyngsboro, MA so Nashua is very close as well. Did my first oil change at 1000 miles so I have a while to go, but wanted to hear opinions before I picked one!

Try Acton Toyota/Scion in Littleton. Just a few miles from the junction of 2 and 495.

Thanks. I have only been there for a few warrantee things. I think they are expensive (for out of warranty work), but seem to be professionally managed. They didn't fill my washer reservoir at the 7,500 mile change. Not a big deal - but an oversight. They are a high volume dealer, so they have a relationship with the Toyota zone people. That's a plus.

Toyota of Falmouth is great. About 5 mins after crossing the Bourne bridge onto Cape Cod.

I'd recommend Falmouth Toyota as well...it may be a little far from you but their service is top notch. I bought my truck from them and I've had it serviced there multiple times...A+

I picked my car up from Patrick Motors in Shrewsbury MA and their sales portion was excellent, not sure about the service side but if its anything like their sales it should be great.

Funny you went to VA to get yours, Im from VA and went to MA to get mine in June. Which dealer did you go to?

Haha yeah but that is ironic. I went to Koons Tysons Toyota in Vienna, not that it applies anymore :) I've heard mixed reviews of Patrick VW, but it's good to hear about their Subaru. I think I will try Herb Chambers in Auburn based on the DealerRater link kindly provided :thanks:
