There is no shame in crying if THIS happens. Had to choke a sob back myself just seeing the pictures. Just glad my pearl white didn't have to see this -could have done irreparable emotional damage to her ;).

Mind telling us how it happened - or is it to soon to ask?

...

It was one of those days I just wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. It happened in my driveway. I'm not use to doing the K53 while reversing out of my own driveway...well..a bakkie was waiting for me. Hit it on the side and it scraped right through.

My car has been repaired. I coudn't continue with my life...thought about it every single second...

I looked so upset my wife started crying...

OUCH! Sorry to hear - more pics of that spoiler please. Also, any "after" pics?

I'm so paranoid about hitting something in my 86 I'm still doing double and triple take observations, but then again I've only had the car for a week :)

Haha I probably will be until the day I sell.:lol:It's not the first time either, had a BM many years ago and was forever undecided.

When it comes to spoilers and tupperware I'm fine with it if it comes standard but when it comes to adding it after the fact, it messes with my sanity. :bonk:

Shit happens, even in Africa. I'll show all my South African friends here in Toronto (I know lots of them) and they'll all cry too!

Seriously that sucks but hopefully will make you more careful in the future. So, where are the flame thrower nozzles?

Hey Sav

Not much to see after. Looks perfect again. Needs some polishing here and there but thats it. Will arrange that this week.

I must say, the spoiler really grew on me. I wanted the one with the wings but after having this one for 3 months I'm not so sure. Really like it. Just don't let Toyota arrange the install. Rather take it to a panel beater you trust. If they screw it up, no payment. But try getting your money back from Toyota..lol

I'm sure you can find more pics of the spoiler online...if not, let me know. I'll take a few. Or if you are in CT, you can come and have a look.

yeah, will be much more carefull. Was a good wake up call. Had no accident for over 8 years. To bad I had to learn with this car...
