Rattle at base of radio trim/top of climate controls

I picked my car up from the dealer on Friday after having the satellite antenna TSB performed and now have a rattle right at the base of the radio trim. If I push on it with my finger or push right below it at the top of the climate control panel I can modulate the noise somewhat. I pulled the trim off by hand and didn't see anything obviously wrong; putting the trim back on also didn't affect the rattle at all. I'm going to ask the dealer to look into it this week but before I do, has anyone else had a rattle in the same area and successfully pinpointed the cause?

Also, I'm hoping to not have to fight too hard with the dealer due to some damage my car received while having the TSB performed. The dash trim by the glovebox has a pry mark at the bottom-left corner. The TSB shows the proper place to insert a pry-tool so they shouldn't have been prying there in the first place. Alternatively, they could have just pulled that trim piece off by hand and then easily have pulled off the radio surround. This is the biggest reason why I shy away from having work performed- there's always a big risk of something being broken.

I certainly will, but I have to balance insistence with diplomacy since they're the only dealer in my area. I've been a good (read: profitable) customer so far, so I hope they'll realize it's a sound business decision to replace that panel.

I went to the dealership this morning before work and met with the service manager. I didn't have to fight one bit; he was very courteous and agreed to order a new dash trim piece and the passenger side kneepad which was also scuffed at the last visit. They're going to install them later in the week and attempt to sort out the radio rattle at the same time.
