I bought the set of plastic/poly red pry tools from Griots Garage for something like $20. Very nice kit, used it many times.

I used a pocket knife. Not a good idea. I've been known to work on my car in dress clothes as well. :bonk:

Pretty cheap and I've used them to pull several panels (some multiple times) and snap pins apart with no fuss.
