It's raining out so I won't be posting any photos as of yet. Will update this tomorrow :)

Journal Entry 1
12/13/12

Picked her up from the dealership today! Wanted to pick it up on 12/12/12 but she wasn't ready so I had to make do with the 13th :/
Upon picking her up, I found out that the rear defogger button doesn't work due to a wiring problem while installing my Pioneer Premium Upgrade headunit. Dealership promised that it's an easy fix and should take less than 15 minutes. Just rewiring and stuff. Gonna probably take her back to the shop next week to get it fixed! :)

Here are some photos of me picking her up

Journal Entry 2
12/15/12

Took her for a drive for the first time today :) My friends sat with me in the car as they taught me how to drive manual along the way. Got the hang of it fairly easily. Never driven manual ever. Been on the road for about <5 minutes then we went home. Gonna keep practicing and hopefully in a week or 2 I'll be fully confident to drive on roads! :)

My bad for some reason when you said pioneer. I tout you purchased an after market one. The gps works with your phone once plugged in.

Oh haha. Really?? Is it specific to certain phones?

Just a heads up, I don't believe you can do remote start with a manual. Other than that great choice dude, good luck with learning manual, you won't regret it! This car is somewhat difficult to drive manual but when you do something right it rewards you times 10 :)
