Enkei PF01 coming in 18x8.5/9.5

Just saw on TireRack the PF01 is coming in late January in 18x8.5 and 9.5. Judging by their other sizes i would guess a +45 offset on both. Silver and Black available.

18x8.5 will be +48
18x9.5 will be +45

Are these confirmed offsets? I notice tirerack hasn't got the offset posted, and the available date is now Feb 1.

Looking for options... and these are on the short list if I don't go square..
225/40 on the front and 255/35 on the rear. Would that be an nice easy fit or is there a chance of clearance issue between tire and spring? 1" drop on lowering springs.

Nooooooo I want 35 fronts and 38 for the rear

Just got a response from Tirerack this morning, its +48 for the 8.5 and +45 for the 9.5...

Now I have to wonder about tire clearance.. +48 with a 225/40/18 would there be any clearance issues with stock struts and aftermarket lowering springs?

I would have preferred something a little more aggressive, though no poke thanks.. I'm sure these won't!

They are going to be really close to the strut, 9.5 all around with coilovers would be the only way I would consider them.

These are a Tirerack suggested fitment for the FRS and BRZ i don't know if its worth taking a chance on these.
