I have the Cusco knob and it is WAY smaller than what it looks like in pictures. I'd recommend Flossy or Voodoo knobs.

You have to email them after you chose custom with what you'd like it to look like. I grabbed a photo of one I found on here and used some photoshop like program to slap on the autobot logo I wanted on the shift knob below the numbered area. I've attached a pic of what I sent them but they haven't made it yet.
