Violent shifter shaking when loss of trsction
 

Does anyone else's shifter shake like crazy when the wheels lose traction? Will a new mount help?

Pretty normal for wheel hop, I think....not sure if you're really want to fix it, though. My feeling is that if something is designed with a bit of flexibility, and you remove that flexibility, there is additional strain put on the system which can cause a premature failure. That's just my thought on it, anyway.

Yeah the wheel hop is violent.
