Picked up a set of bronze Volk SE37A 18x7.5 48+ rims from importmonster late last week that have a bit of gutter rash but are otherwise fine. Tires are Yokohama S drives 225/40 R18. I've got some volk black wheel nuts on the way which should arrive in the next week or so which should complete the look. Seems to weigh about the same as the stock GT86 setup. Overall I'm very happy with the result and I'll give them nice run in tomorrow.

Hehe thanks =D

Looks great, but I gotta confess to being surprised that they weigh as much as the stock tire/ wheel setup. SE37's are supposed to be one of the lightest Volk wheels. Guess I never the weight difference between diameter sizes was so big.

Still though, a 1" increase in diameter, with a half-inch wider tire, and no weight penalty? Well done! And they do look incredible! Always loved the dark gray/ bronze combo.

The GT spec in Australia comes with a 16" rim which according to the directory weighs around 15.9 pounds and a 205 tyre. The 18" 225 combo feels around the same weight when compared to that =D I do love the bronze and it seems to go well with the dark grey.

With extra weight of the tyre, I would say that the weight would fall closer to the 17" stock wheel and tyre, but not as heavy (stock 40.2lbs vs (15.6 + 22) 37.6 for this setup depending on exact tyre weight)

I've always considered Bronze a difficult color to use on a car's wheels. If you go too light, they look like shitty-quality Gold wheels. If you go too dark, they look like they're covered in brake dust all the time, even after a fresh wash. Both of the cars here look great though!

I'm looking to get a set of these exact wheels in the same size for my Whiteout FRS. This looks like the stock height... did you lower your car at all?

I just bought my SE37Ks yesterday. There are some nicks and scratches on them, but still in good condition. Hopefully I'll get them on soon as well. Looking to get some Pro-Kit's to complete the look.

Very nice, mine have quite a few scratches and nicks all around the edges but unless you are looking up close you don't notice it.
