Anyone use Gladstone Toyota/scion??
My car is going there to have all repairs finished + the new fuel pump + all fluids switched out here soon. Wondering what people have to say about this dealership!

I have not used them. And I am in the same boat , I need to pick out a dealer to use. I've been holding off getting things taken care of.
I live closest to Gresham Toyota/Scion, but have never had any service done there. Their parts counter girl is nice though. She seemed to be a FR-S fan, and was very knowledgeable about the parts availability for it. |
I had my first oil change done at Gresham toyota/scion. Nice guys. Everyone was nice and was jealous of the car. Even let me come into the shop and to let me watch them work on it and walk under it while it was on the lift. I would take my car there but it's just not close to home like gladstone toyota/scion.

Even though I do 100% of my own work because I have my own shop, if I had to go to the dealer for a recall I would go to Beaverton Toyota... I can pm the name of my buddy who is a tech there if you want.

Already dropped the car off at Gladstone Toyota/Scion. The tech's were very nice and took down lots of notes and gave me a realistic time figure. Nice guys and they called me back within an hour of dropping the car off! Good service so far we shall see how the end result is.

We bought our car there, and have had a fuel pump replaced under warrantee, and so far they have been extremely great to deal with. absolutely no complaints.

Nice Ron that's where i'm getting my fuel pump replaced. They ordered the part today but said it's been on back order.
