Ahh, I see what you're going for. I don't think it would work for the 86 logo though. It's too circular and bulky for that purpose. It's not sleek at all.

If it was recessed and black to match it might be a cool subtle detail.

It's way too big for my taste. However...like others have stated, I can certainly appreciate your efforts...and more importantly...your enthusiasm!

I could almost see it if you painted the logo onto the grille itself, like if you made a template and spray-painted the logo in white on the grille. It wouldn't stand out quite as much but would still achieve a similar effect. Maybe?

The difference between the FR-S and the Maserati is... that the FR-S isn't a Maserati. Nor is the Maserati an FR-S. The Maser can pull off certain styling choices that the FR-S cannot, and vice-versa.

I agree compering a Maserati to the GT-86 is just like comparing cows to horses...ya they both have 4 legs but that is about the only similarities that you can draw.....see what i did there you thought i might do apples and oranges but oh no went original on you with the comparison....well a bit original.

Agreed. However, if you could modify the logo, say, remove the circle encasing and then enlogate it up/down, you may be able to pull it off.
