TRD Shift Knob

Anyone got the TRD Shift Knob think it improve the overall gear shift feel? I personally find it does, but the size and the shape of the knob makes it uncomfortable to grip.

The stock shift knob is a lot heavier than the TRD one, making the shift smoother, but it also "numb" the feel when shifting.

The TRD knob is lighter so it requires more effect to shift especially from 1st to 2nd gear, but it feels more precise.

Yep, I have it.

I like it. Distance between knob and the reverse lift up thingy is shorter so easier to put in reverse.

I found the concave top weird to start with but the ball of my index finger (palm bit at base) fits nicely into the concave bit when shifting.

Not sure it was worth the NZ$155 I paid for it though as the stock knob is pretty good but it completed my TRD kit.

If I wasn't going for the complete TRD kit I think there's better things to spend the money on.

I've gotten lathewerks steel ball with gun metal finish which is heavier and better shifting and throw in my opinion

I like TRD shift knob.
It does feel a bit more "direct", but I liek it. The concave top was a bit odd to start with, but their reasoning was it will help in hot weather, and jesus christ, they were right!!!
