Ill be there for work at the Amica stand. I wonder if the BRZ STi will be there

MannyO 12-06-2012 05:03 PM

I'll be there. Had a blast last year. This calls for a meet!

I'm going (just like every year)

It is kind of a sad also-ran show. A lot of car manufacturers do not bother to show up, or have their dealers mount displays. A lot of the "specialists" on the floor are hired actors who only know a little bit about the vehicles.

The event rarely garners any sneak-peeks or prototypes.

It is not a fail, but it is kind of like a local church carnival compared to Six Flags.

I wasn't impressed with this show last year but I might make it out if we do a meet.

I'll most likely be working at Arisia (The Sci-Fi Convention) that weekend so alas I probably wont be able to make it. I remember hearing a lot of complaints about it last year...it wasn't a very good show. The FR-S/BRZ didn't even make an appearance.

This year I went and represented Audi, which was a lot of fun. I don't know if my current employer will participate but I hope so, because I want to rep Subaru next year!

I agree, but regardless to that, I'll still end up going to the show to just hop in and out of cars, chat with people, talk to a few models and hopefully get in some more test drives this time around. So I won't be going there with high hope on seeing front runner concepts, I'll save that for the NYC show.
