there is usually a reasonable explanation in the case of something unusual. Car has slightly higher km's avg fuel upon pick up it's likely not because people have been doing happy laps in your car.

Taking this one step further i've seen more than one instance in my years in this industry where staff have been sacked on the spot for doing this type of thing. Only someone with no duty of care, no ethics and no brains would flog your new car to death prior to delivery. Winning business in this job is damn hard with all the competition out there and there is no way in hell I would jeapordize my future by flogging anyone's car.
Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising - if you don't look after your customers then you get what you deserve, however, this does not mean the customer is always right, frequently they're mistaken about alot of things, having said that, they are our customers and we have a duty of care to look after them as much as possible - or someone else will. |
