[QLD] Brisbane Xmas Meet and Cruise

I'm guessing most people aren't morning people so a 9:30am meet for a 10:30am leave would be late enough for those people? Most likely will end at or before 1pm.

Suggestions?
(Post your suggestions below, preferably with a Google Maps link)
(SOUTH) Mount Tamborine and Surfer's Paradise
(NORTH) Landsborough and Kenliworth

Currently looking at 22/12, 23/12, 29/12 or 30/12.

Damn would have loved to have come but will not be in town. Think you where have similar issues with others due to family commitments. Maybe a earlier date.

Interested, if I get my car by any of those dates. Mt Tambourine sounds nice. Maybe mount Glorious too?

All sounds good to me. Mt tambourine will be good.

I might have to join in :)

I should be fine anyday!

If everyone has Christmas commitments, etc. it might be better to delay it until mid-January where everyone has recovered from the Christmas rush, etc. and we'd get a better turn out.

A date has (most likely) been set for this Sunday, 16/12/12. 9am meet at BP Milton for a 9:30 departure. After this, down to Mount Tamborine via this route. We should get there at around 11am or just before. We'll find an opportunity to take photos at this point (and get some of the fudge up there). I'll probably leave at this point, but someone else can decide what they want to do further (Surfer's Paradise/etc).

Please confirm if you are attending (only post on 1 forum if you read GT86 or 86Forums as well)

is it possible to have a 2nd southside meeting point to save some of us to drive north then south again?

maybe the Macca at Springwood or something? 9:30 meet so when you guys arrive, we can follow.

Bugger, only getting my car on the 19th so will miss this one.... Oh we'll, at least I can break the car in before the next one.

Enjoy the drive guys (and gals)

Hi, will hopefully be coming along from Hope Island - where are you guys stopping up Tamborine? I'm sure you know already but parking along Gallery Walk etc., is a pain in the butt so I wouldn't advise trying to do that! Cheers.
