Didn't deal with anyone specific at Rallysport so no name drops, but damn they are nice to deal with. I picked up a set of Eibach springs on their black Friday sale. Product arrived quick (to Canada) with no problems, the price was awesome, and their customer service was amazing. I had originally ordered a set of springs but forgot to add a coupon code, I spoke with the live support on their website and the order was cancelled and re-placed with a discount in minutes! Will definitely be shopping here again.

I second everything said above. Had two purchases with them so far, and was extremely pleased with the customer service and speed of delivery with each of them. They'll be getting all my business in the future.

Good and fast customer service but not sure about the deal,no discount for members...and their price it's kinda high though!

I am local to the RSD guys. Very nice guys and always happy to help me out.

I used to buy all my stuff from RSD, I recently asked them to match a price from a competitior, and it was not really the product price match, it was the freight. Well it's my fault I should have just asked for Tanner, the person I talked to seemed to care less if I had ever been a RSD customer. Loyalty from a consumer is something all retailers and vendors should base their business on.

I think I remember this situation and there was some confusion about where the exhaust would be shipping. If I remember correctly the confusion was New Mexico, rather than Mexico and that is why the representative said that free shipping would not apply.

We do have free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the continental USA and we apologize if you were told otherwise.
