My FR-S is so compact....

I can reach the backlight from the front seat....

My armrest is a Starbucks Grande cup....

I make Shaq look like a relatively normal-sized guy in his Buick...

I can clean most of the front of the windshield with my left arm....

...it doesn't need dual climate controls so I'm glad I didn't pay extra for them.

...I can reach the passenger side seat belt from the driver's seat.

LOL. It's funny how perspectives vary. I got out of my '02 Miata and thought I was in a space ship! :D

I smile every time now when I look back and see that there are more room with seats plus the cargo trunk space compared to the MR-S.

Yes, our FR-S/BRZ are small and compact but it really depends which car you came from.

Quite spacious in comparison to my MR2's interior.

Reach over and roll the passenger window down with my right arm. Call it power windows.

I came from a truck... this car is so tiny compared to my truck its ridiculous, haha

russv 12-01-2012 06:49 PM

The car sits so low to the ground too. Sometimes I pull up next to a big 4X4 and am looking at the trucks' hubs!

as a 6'2" na miata owner i kind of chuckle. until you have to take your shoes off to fit your legs under the wheel and duck every time you see a bump because you dont want to hit your head on the top or can close your gas cap without getting of your car, you dont know what compact is.

In my Elise / Exige, if I were driving in anything but tennis shoes I'd have to take my shoes off to drive, otherwise I couldn't press the gas pedal without hitting the brake pedal as well.

... It's impossible to lose anything in the back seat.

Two very different responses to mine. Both of which make me curious. XD

Hey now, it can be done! If those damn airplane restrooms work, then there is no reason why these backseats can't!
