Anyone have an iPad mini

Does anyone have an iPad mini where they can put it up against the factory head unit opening and snap a picture?

I'm curious to see how the dimensions work out in the factory location.

Look at the android Nexus 7 work that's been done first. As it is, it looks like the iPad mini is too wide without serious modifications to the dash area. :(

A win before mounting, and now a win after mounting.

Nexus 7 or kindle fire would fit the space a lot better but for my applications ipad mini is a win plus I'm already stuck with a bunch of apple stuff I wanna make sure all the toys play well together.

This is definitely doable. I would most likely cover the clock/hazard/pass air bag lights with the iPad mini.

Now I want one so badly!

Does anyone know if I can store music on an SD card and use that Lightning adapter to play from it? If so I'd probably get the cheapest 16GB model.

I love the key word there, "stuck."
