Scratches, Dents, Vandalism in GTA

Officially it's been 30 days since I got the car (Nov 1st), broke it in last week, now I have 2600KM on it, went to Walmart yesterday (Jane/Highway 7)

Someone scratched my car on the left side (minor but I can feel it slightly) and on the Left Rear View Mirror Cover (plastic), after wash, the scratch on the cover is gone but scratch on left side fender still shows (near hood) I'm planning to use:

MEGUIAR'SŪ SCRATCH X

What do you guys think?

I'll let you guys how well it works. People say it's good for minor scratches. If it works well you guys can use it any time. It's $15.99 a tube which should be good for many uses.

I have often thought about getting it, but, never went for it. Always afraid to use it. It would be good to know if it does what it claims.

I tried Nu***** (forgot what it's called), it made a tiny difference, I'll need to try
MEGUIAR'SŪ SCRATCH X tomorrow...hopefully it'll work

i used MEGUIAR'SŪ SCRATCH X before. It can only get rid of VERY fine scratches but not anything bigger. How bad is your scratch? Post a pic and i can tell you if it's worth using MEGUIAR'SŪ SCRATCH X.

Thanks it works pretty well, I don't see the scratches anymore after really working the rub in.

If I look closely a tiny bit of the clear coat is gone so if I do need add some clear coat and buff it out which i can live with since I don't see it.

Sent from my iPhone (switching to android soon)

post a pic of the scratch and we can tell.. the standard is if you run your nail through it and it gets caught in it (like you can feel it as a little groove), its way too deep for scratch x to take out

If you can feel it but its not entirely through the clear coat, you will be able to polish or wet sand it out but I wouldn't suggest a lot of wet sanding since our clear coat seems quite thin and is very soft.

You got to park far away, I always park at the end of each lot.

ESPECIALLY ANY ASIAN AREA AKA PMALL.

Yes I should start doing that. Honestly, there is no safe place to park.
