My Introduction! a.k.a. Berk Technology's FR-S Photo Shoot
 

Hello! :D Just a quick intro of myself... I'm a freelance auto photographer. Been shooting for about 5-6 years now, but mostly in the Euro scene. I've always had a soft spot for the JDM (and more recently KDM) crowd, but I've realized that BMW owners are typically the ones who like paying for shoots of their cars. As a result, I'm stuck shooting BMWs most of the time.

ANYWAY, the guys over at Berk Technology & Avant Garde Wheels were nice enough to lend me their FR-S for the weekend to do a photo shoot for them. Just thought I'd share it with you guys since I'm pretty proud at how these shots turned out.

I contemplated jumping ship from my Genesis awhile back to the FRS/BRZ crowd, but decided to stick with my Coupe in the end. I'm not going to lie; I had a blast driving it around Long Beach despite all the funny looks I would get driving a red car with stickers and a giant wing.

That thing is sick!!! Do you have any other FR-S/BR-Z photoshoots lined up? Do you shoot car shows?

Avant Garde actually swapped on a different set of wheels, and I shot the same car again on the separate day, but I'll post those up another time. Aside from that... I don't have any others lined up to shoot. I used to shoot meets and shows, but haven't had as much time anymore. I try to make it out when I can, but my car has been in the shop for the last couple months so I haven't had a reason to go.
I'm pretty sure it's a 18x8" +30 / 18x9" +30 setup. Either this or they did a square 18x9" setup... I know the front is fairly cambered and the rear slightly to make it fit flush, but I didn't have any rubbing issues when I drove around all weekend. I was pretty surprised since the Hankooks were pretty fat too.

What's the details on those tires?

Good looking car, great shots. I like those wheels too. Though I'm pretty sure the car is orange, not red. Careful around the hot lava folks. ^_^
