Are your rates abnormally high too, or am I just living in the middle of bad driver central?

I'm also with Johnson, FR-S, no claims. My insurance doubled when I moved from Guelph to Toronto (Davisville/Yonge area), then went up even more when I moved to Thornhill/Markham (right on the border apparently). No changes in driving record, just postal code.
