gas tank lid
 

has anyone had trouble with their gas tank lid not opening ? after my second fill up on this car, the gas lid seems to not want to open. you can pull on the lever inside and hear it pull the cable but nothing happens. ive had to put my key in the gas lid gap then pull the lever.. all I see in the inside is a small rectangular piece of what is think is spring steel that springs the gas lid open.. is this correct ? I tried pushing it back towards the front of the door and seems to open however after a couple of times opening it kinda stops working..if you've had this trouble give me your 2 cents

my 2 cents? go to the dealer and tell those fuckers to replace it
