BRZ Audio Unit - Flash Drive (USB) & indexing issue

SOA just responded to me about my Audio / Nav Issues. They say they are going to notify my dealership to do a 15-158-12 TSB on my car. My dealer should be calling soon to schedule an appointment with me. This will be my third TSB for my BRZ. :-(

Found out it's when I press "next folder" button is what causes the error. Will show the dealer next time I visit them.

Here's another vid of my problem. Since nobody else seems to have this problem SOA says, "Owner is not patient and is not allowing the audio unit time to access the USB drive." What do you think?
